Low-quality image for stream - how do i fix?

I have used Wirecast for a long time with good results. Since it's a professional-level software encoder that I know and trust, a year ago I installed it on my own computer. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get an HD-looking image quality from my webcasts, regardless of the platform that I'm streaming to. I don't stream using this computer too often, but I plan to more in the future.

I'm using Wirecast 12.1 on Windows 8.1, with an i7-6700k processor, 32gb RAM, a GeForce GTX970 graphics card, and I'm using a Blackmagic DeckLink SDI 4K to input the video over HD-SDI cable.

I'm using the default output settings for an RTMP server stream - 1080-30p, avg bit rate 4500, Quality - High (Slower), and Profile High.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks, Hiram
